Youth Worship Director

Part Time

The Vertical Church is seeking a Youth Worship Director to lead and develop our youth worship
ministry. This role is all about creating an environment where students encounter God through
authentic worship while raising up the next generation of worship leaders.

Responsibilities:
● Lead worship at youth services.
● Plan sets, schedule teams, and manage worship resources.
● Recruit, train, and disciple youth worship volunteers.
● Run rehearsals and coach students musically and spiritually.

Qualifications:
● Growing relationship with Jesus and alignment with Vertical’s mission and values.
● Strong vocal ability and proficiency on guitar or keys.
● Skilled in leading bands, arranging sets, and coaching musicians.
● Organized, teachable, and passionate about discipling the next generation.

Youth Production Director

Part Time

The Vertical Church is seeking a Youth Production Director to lead the technical and creative side
of our youth ministry. This role ensures youth services are distraction-free, excellent, and
engaging, while raising up the next generation of production leaders.

Responsibilities:
● Lead and run production for youth services (audio, video, lighting, lyrics).
● Plan and prep production needs in coordination with worship and teaching teams.
● Recruit, train, and disciple youth production volunteers.
● Oversee rehearsals and coach students in technical and leadership skills.

Qualifications:
● Growing relationship with Jesus and alignment with Vertical’s mission and values.
● Passion for serving students and discipling the next generation.
● Technical skills in audio, video, and/or lighting.
● Ability to recruit, train, and lead volunteers.
● Strong organizational and communication skills.

Facilities Associate

Part-Time

Support the Facilities Lead in maintaining a clean, safe, and functional environment for church services and events.
40 hours/week with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with cleaning, maintenance, and basic repairs.
  • Set up and break down rooms for events and services.
  • Conduct routine building inspections and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Manage and replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance tasks.
