Part 4: Trust the Shovel

1. In Proverbs 3:5 it says “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.” Where have you leaned on your own understanding in the past?
How did it work out?

2. In Proverbs 3:6 it says “In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.” How can you acknowledge Him in everything you do?

3. How does Gods word bring light to your path?

4. When have you been up a against an obstacle and the Holy Spirit in you has helped you? Or when has the Holy Spirit brought you peace or joy in a hard time?

5. In John 19:30 what was the last thing Jesus said on the cross? What does that mean for us who believe?
